Win a sushi masterclass for 2 at The Hilton
Sushi school is a really classy and fun way to spend an evening. Basically, you arrive at the Hilton’s swanky Tepanyaki bar with around 10 other people, while a sushi master teaches you how to make everything from maki to California rolls. You get to sip on wine, make 4 different types of sushi in a pretty setting. It’s fun, the ingredients are fresh, and you end up with TONS of sushi- so much so that you get a takeaway box to take home and there’s enough for lunch the next day.
After the class, you get treated to dessert with tea or coffee, and you also get a certificate. Classes happen on a Friday night at R330 pp, and more recently they’ve launched an Advanced class which happens on the last Friday of every month at R550 pp.
The Hilton have offered 2 spots to the Beginner Sushi School to a lucky Jozilicious reader. Enter via the widget below. Competition closes in a week and I’ll announce the winner at the end of next week.
